Harmony Cafe is hosting a Grab & Go Free Meal Event at the VFW Hall in Patchogue, this Saturday, 7/25 at 12 Noon.

A New Food Company Based on Long Island Salus Meals is Donating over 375 healthy fresh prepared meals to us. Because these are fresh meals the fresh date is limited. They are sealed and each dish is an individual meal. You just Heat and Enjoy. However, many of the dishes can be placed in the freezer and eaten at a later date.

We ask that you bring a cooler or insulated bag for safety. We will be giving out the meals from a refrigerated truck. We have a few bags for those who don't have these items. Please call if you don't have a cooler or bag and we will put one aside for you. 631-569-4648
